A Season of Giving...

We happen to celebrate Christmas the longest. For as soon as “the ber” months come, Christmas carols would fill-up the airwaves of shopping malls and jeepneys. Despite the recent typhoons to visit our land, Christmas and the way we celebrate it, will continue.

So what was unique about this Christmas season? Let me share them to you along with some reflections.

  1. Shopping at Marikina City River Park Tiyangge

Chi - "Do you think this is a good gift to remind the person the value of time ?" "how about a necklace so people can look at "burdens" positively?"

A sea of wanna-be -buyers!

My family after wrestling their way through the tiyangge.

Reflection: We buy the gifts that would somehow be meaningful to the people who matter most to us. Jesus gave his life freely for all humanity so that in and through Him, we find meaning. This is the greatest gift of Christmas. Most precious and yet often time taken for granted.

2. Family and High School Reunions
